There are lots of books about the law of attraction and law of attraction techniques: yet the law is simple and you can grasp it in minutes. Like so many good things the law may mean a profound change in the way you think and see life. Try these ideas on:

• Everything is energy and it is attracted or repelled by you.

None of those ideas are difficult and they underpin the Law of Attraction. Perhaps you’ve heard them from various Guru’s, you may have learned them in Church, many scriptures state the law of attraction, or aspects of it, in different ways.

If you recognize that the law of attraction has everything to do with the way you think, then what do you do about all the negative thoughts that swirl around in most peoples heads. The law of attraction says see the outcome you want and yet most of us have been conditioned to look at the worst things happening so we live a life of fear. The law seeks to empower you, to show you the best things happening, to let you live your life in a state of happiness and courage. So how to deal with these negative thoughts?

This is where the whole thing pivots. What you want is possible, believe that first. Learn to see and feel the possible in your minds eye – visualize.

Learn to create feelings of well being, happiness and gratitude. And the gratitude is for not only what you already have, no matter what it is, but for the thing that is possible, that you are now being grateful that it is here.

While you are doing this, play the Pollyanna game. Go rent the Disney movie and see how Pollyanna does it. There is something good in everything just learn to find it. If this sounds crazy, that’s OK, be crazy like Pollyanna and see the good in things, in people, in events, and in your life. You will create a positive energy and momentum in your life that will return more of the same to you.

On The Abby Road Album The Beatles sang, “And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.” Love is the positive energy that comes along with the law of attraction.

What is the best law of attraction technique? You must only ask and receive. You will find that both simple and complex as you wrap your mind around all that it means.

The Law of Attraction – What If it is True?

A few of us realize a vision early in our lives and then we can see it and are drawn to it: this is a natural application of the law of attraction. Others don’t recognize the vision or it is stomped out by influences around us.

Those get a message that the vision is foolish, or that we are not good enough, or perhaps it is some other distraction like a shiny new toy that takes our focus away. But I believe the vision has been provided for each of us whether we can see it or believe it or no. There is some purpose which we came to fulfill.

Here are six ideas to help you identify your vision.

1. Can we get into harmony with that purpose/vision? Many of us have no idea what once may have been our purpose. Let’s call it something else now, let’s call it our birthright.
2. The law of attraction operates in our lives, it is intended to bring good to all, it is intended to bring us our birthrights. But as with many things there are two sides, if used correctly it brings good, if used incorrectly it can bring disaster.
3. Do you feel good about where you are headed in your life? Are you happy and grateful to be on the path you are on? Are you advancing toward a good vision of the future? If you answer these questions yes then the vision is activating the law of attraction and the other things you need to achieve will be found along the road.
4. If the answer to any of the questions was no then you need to get enough hope, faith, and belief to get inside and wake you up to the possibilities in your life. These possibilities exist for everyone – you need to believe they are there and allow your spirit to connect up and form your vision.
5. Sometimes you need to clear your mind through meditation – by that I mean to quiet your mind by doing something simple like observing your breath as it flows in and out through your nostrils. Or using Herbert Benson’s “Relaxation Response” and intoning a neutral word such as “one” slowly, over and over.
6. Other times you will want to steel yourself by affirmation. Emil Coué made the practice popular in the early 1900′s with his affirmation “Everyday in every way I’m getting better and better.” Or perhaps you have a quote that holds meaning to you – use that until it is part of you.

And so begin a new part of your journey trusting and believing that your life, the quest that is yours, is part of some great whole and there is an important part for you.

The other is opposite, about a study done in the UK about women’s lifestyle and income going down after a divorce.  The Guardian asserts:

Divorce makes men – and particularly fathers – significantly richer. When a father separates from the mother of his children, according to new research, his available income increases by around one third. Women, in contrast, suffer severe financial penalties. Regardless of whether she has children, the average woman’s income falls by more than a fifth and remains low for many years.

Is that really much different than the inspiration driving action belief that you already accept. Expand your belief just a little more and try that one on. That is a basic statement of the law of attraction, it’s what The Science of Getting Rich is all about.

Have you ever built a sand castle, after time the ocean washes over it and it is gone – if we don’t nourish our dreams the same thing happens – they are beautiful in our minds eye but then the water beats against them and they vanish becoming only memories and something way back there that causes us regret when we think of them.

People undoubtedly have your “best interests” at heart as they seek to crush your dreams – they think that because they have never gone for the big prize themselves. There is an Hawaiian system called Ho’oponopono whose basic tenant is that you have 100% responsibility for everything In your world. If you want to change anything external you need to clean your thoughts. This is done with a conversation with God in five steps:

1. Say to yourself: I love you

2. Say to God: I’m Sorry

3. Say to God: Please forgive me.

4. Say to God: Thank you

5. Say to yourself and to God: I love you

Those are the responses, since you have 100% responsibility for everything in your life these responses will change any situation, even with other people. Always use the cleaning process and keep using it until the change comes.
